How long does it take to receive the Tapu?
The time taken to finalise all legalities relating to the sale of a property can vary quite considerably, depending on a number of different factors. It is possible that you may have to wait between 2 - 6 months, but in some cases upto and over one year.
What other costs have to be paid over and above the actual purchase price?
